User Comments

Data above measured using EML-2020 Monitor CT electrical meters. Electrical clamps connected to the meter were placed around electrical power wires of the vacuum pumps and their current and voltages were recorded over a span of a week or more. Typically, the Leybold D40BCS was kept at a steady power usage of 625-645 Watts. This pumps was measured in the UCSB ESB Cleanroom. This specific pump used for measurement is an older pump that has been rebuilt multiple times.
